The Baptism Service

How many people can we invite to the service?

All our services are public services, so anyone can come.  But because of the limitations of space we suggest that each family aims to bring no more than thirty guests.  This will ensure a good view for everyone and make the service more inclusive and enjoyable.

Can we take photos or make a video?

We will provide as much time as you need after the service for you to take photos and make videos.  Photography (stills or video) is not allowed during the service.  It might be helpful if your guests are made aware of this when you give them their invitation.

How much does baptism cost?

Baptism is free! God gives his gifts freely to those who come to him. 

Yet people may wish to leave an offering and there will be a collection plate as your guests leave. Similarly, should you wish to mark your appreciation a donation of about £20 would be much appreciated.
